BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

CCTA is governed by a ten member Board of Commissioners with two Commissioners each representing Burlington, Essex, Shelburne, South Burlington and Winooski. Each commissioner is appointed to the CCTA Board by their municipality. Board seats are held for a 3-year term and it is at the discretion of the municipality to renew each Board Member’s term. Commissioners set Board goals annually and these long-term goals guide the General Manager of CCTA and the priorities of the Authority for that Fiscal Year.

Board Documents
The CCTA Board of Commissioners meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at CCTA's administrative office, located at 15 Industrial Parkway in Burlington. The public is welcome to attend these meetings and offer comments about CCTA's services.
